The question of whether the use of technologies for teaching
and learning improves students' higher order cognitive skills,
continues to be asked but answers are usually either vague or
empirically less grounded. The reason for the failure to address this
question is largely because the question is wrongly asked. In this
seminar, Prof Mbarika, will explore the two intervening variables in
the question and rephrase the question to obtain pedagogically
insightful answers.
